A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public money out
of the treasury from the balance of all general revenue
funds remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending
the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-
two, to the Department of Military Affairs and Public
safety, Division of Public Safety, Acct. No. 5700, chapter
twelve, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-two, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That Acct. No. 5700, chapter twelve, acts of the
Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-
two, known as the budget bill, be supplemented by adding the
following additional sum to the existing designated line item:
TITLE II--APPROPRIATIONS.
Section 1. Appropriations from general revenue.

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to

This amount shall be available for expenditure immediately
